This is our official "dossier to Ethiopia" date or DTE. This is the date we will use to approximate when we might possibly receive a referral. We can watch as others get their referrals and see what their DTE's were.  As people with DTE's close to ours are receiving referrals, we will know that we are coming up next!

As of this morning, our dossier was in Frankfurt, Germany. Then it was on to Paris. We are having fun checking the FedEx tracking to watch it travel to Ethiopia, but we're a little jealous of the nifty European vacation our paperwork is enjoying!
